Does Casekit send order/customer data to Casekit?
No. The extension is local‑first and does not send order content to a Casekit server.
How do I activate Pro?
Install the free extension from the Chrome Web Store, then paste your license key in Casekit (Settings → Open options → License) to unlock Pro.
Can I use it with my helpdesk?
Yes. Casekit copies text to your clipboard. Paste it into Gorgias, Zendesk, Help Scout, email, Slack, etc.
