Work on a tool support teams actually open every day
CaseKit is a small product with a narrow job: put the Shopify order next to the customer email. We hire remote specialists in support, content and growth, mostly part-time or on contract.
Open roles
Support content writer
You have answered ecommerce tickets for a living and can write a WISMO reply that calms someone down. You'd own the template libraries and the guides, and you'd get to argue with us about wording.
Growth and partnerships
Shopify communities, agencies, Chrome Web Store, YouTube reviewers. You know where merchants actually hang out and you'd rather write one useful post than twenty spammy ones.
Support engineer, Shopify
You'd answer merchant questions, reproduce order-matching failures, and turn them into fixes. Shopify admin, order and fulfilment data, and a bit of JavaScript.
Roles open and close as the work does. If a listing is here, it's real.
How we work
Async, remote, few meetings
Written first. Time zones are your business, not ours, as long as the work lands.
Paid trial task
One small real piece of work, paid at your rate. It tells both of us more than an interview does.
We don't overclaim
Read the security page. That restraint is the culture, not a marketing angle, and it applies to how we hire too.
What you'd be joining
CaseKit answers one question well: which Shopify order is this customer email about, and what is true about it right now. Everything else was left out, and there is a written list of what the product deliberately cannot do.
That means the work is specific. Not "own growth", but "the Gorgias comparison page has to be fair enough that someone picks Gorgias after reading it". Not "improve support content", but "the delivered-but-not-received template still reads like a form letter, fix it".
If you like scope that narrow, you'll like it here. If you want to build a platform, you won't.
