Reply in the customer's language
A store selling across Europe gets support email in four languages. CaseKit detects which one the customer wrote in and builds the reply in it, using the same resolved Shopify order.
All five languages are included on the Free plan.
How language handling works
Detected, not configured
The language comes from the message in front of you, so a French customer gets French without anyone switching a setting.
Same facts, every language
Order number, carrier and tracking are the resolved Shopify values. Translation never touches the data.
A sensible fallback
When detection is uncertain, CaseKit uses your workspace default rather than guessing at the customer's language.
Why this matters more than it sounds
Multilingual support usually means one of two bad options: answer everything in English, or keep five macro sets in sync by hand.
Keeping five sets of templates aligned across eight WISMO scenarios means forty pieces of copy, all of which drift. CaseKit's scenarios are defined once and expressed in each language, so a change to how you handle "delivered but not received" does not need to be made five times.
On Pro, store tone and policy apply across every language too.
