How it works

From customer email to Shopify-aware reply

The whole product is one loop, repeated for every support conversation. Here it is, step by step, with the actual interface at each stage.

The whole workflow in one video

One WISMO email answered end to end, in real time.

The full workflow, from customer email to inserted reply.

1

A customer asks where their order is

An ordinary Gmail conversation. No order number, no tracking, nothing to work with except a name and an email address.

2

CaseKit resolves the Shopify order

From the order reference if there is one, otherwise from the sender's address. The card shows who it matched and which order it picked.

It reads the real fulfillment state

Fulfillment status, carrier and tracking come from Shopify. The rail shows where the shipment actually is, and the chip names the support scenario that follows from it.

It prepares the reply that matches that state

Not a generic template. The scenario is chosen from the Shopify evidence, and the order details in the text come from the resolved order.

You review it and insert it

Insert Reply drops the text into the Gmail composer above your signature. Edit whatever you want, then send it yourself. CaseKit never sends anything.

Zoom — the primary action

Copy Reply stays available as a fallback if composer insertion is unavailable for any reason.

Try the decision logic yourself

Switch the Shopify fulfillment state and watch the scenario and the reply change. This is the part that makes CaseKit different from a macro library.

Setting it up

Install the extension

Add CaseKit from the Chrome Web Store. It runs in Gmail on the desktop web.

Connect your Shopify store

Approve read-only access from the CaseKit app. No API key, no token to paste.

Open a customer email

The card appears beside the conversation with the order already resolved.

Setup and workflow questions

How long does setup take?
Installing the extension and connecting the store takes about two minutes. There is no data import, no mailbox migration and no DNS or forwarding change.
Do I need a Shopify API key?
No. You connect the store from the CaseKit app and approve read-only access. There is no key to generate and no token to paste into the extension.
Does every agent need to install it?
Yes, each agent installs the Chrome extension in their own profile. On Pro they join the same workspace, so they share the connected store, macros and store tone.
What happens if Shopify is unreachable?
CaseKit shows that it could not reach the store and leaves Gmail untouched. It does not guess an order state or fall back to a generic shipped reply.
Can I edit the reply before sending?
Always. Insert Reply puts the text in the Gmail composer above your signature. From that point it is an ordinary Gmail draft you can rewrite, add to or delete.
